Build notes for the developer / VA:
- Hero is full-bleed above the fold on desktop; stacked on mobile.
- Primary CTA button repeats four times down the page (hero, after "What's Inside," after FAQ, footer). All four point to the same Amazon link.
- Bonus-pack section is gated by email opt-in. FluentCRM tag on submit:
book-bonus--digital-real-estate. The same email also triggers the welcome sequence (T+14 evergreen email is the first email new subs receive from the welcome path).- Footer cross-sell module mirrors the layout of the other Sovereign Entrepreneur book pages — this book marked as "you're here," other entries linked to their respective product pages.

You built it. They could take it. What now?
Sub-headline

What's Inside
Three bullets. No padding.
- The four-part ownership test that tells you what you actually own (vs. what you only think you own) — and the OWNED-vs-RENTED inventory of every common digital asset, from YouTube subscribers to Mediavine revenue to custom domains.
- The seven-criteria scorecard for evaluating any new property — niche site, e-commerce vertical, content brand — that kills bad ideas before they cost you a year. Three real worked examples (Garden Growth Guru, Sony Camera Central, Digital Garden Profit) and one rejected niche included.
- The Shared Infrastructure Stack that runs eight owned WordPress properties on one $30/month Hetzner VPS — with the 15-minute add-site script, the 80/15/5 AI-agent layer that serves the whole portfolio, and the Three-Tier Content Model that publishes 80-100 pieces a month across eight sites without burning out one operator.

FAQ
Who is this book for?
A creator or operator whose business lives on rented platforms — Amazon, Etsy, YouTube, Substack, TikTok, Mediavine — and who has watched one of those platforms shut a peer's account, change the algorithm overnight, or take a larger cut. If that resonates, you're the reader the book was written for.
Who is this NOT for?
If you haven't built anything yet — zero audience, zero revenue — this is the wrong book for you right now. Build something on rented attention first. Get a thousand emails, ten thousand subscribers, a few hundred customers. Learn what an audience actually feels like. Then come back and migrate. The book is honest about this on page two.
Is this a "passive income from niche sites" book?
No. There is no passive income. The book debunks that framing explicitly and replaces it with the property-mindset version: owned assets that compound for you on infrastructure you control. The Build Phase — the companion volume in the series — picks up exactly where this one ends if the marketing-fantasy correction interests you.
Do I need to be technical to run the shared infrastructure stack?
No, but you need to be willing to spend a Saturday afternoon with Claude Code. The book covers the shape of the infrastructure (what each layer does, why each piece is in the stack) and leaves the syntax to the modern coding assistants that handle that for you. The "intimidating sysadmin work" is genuinely only intimidating when you have to look up every command yourself.
How long is the book?
About 25,400 words across 10 chapters — Introduction plus nine chapters. Roughly 150-170 paperback pages. Designed to be read in two sittings or listened to as an audiobook in about 5-6 hours.
Do I have to read the rest of the series?
Each book stands alone. Together they are a curriculum — Digital Real Estate (worldview) → The Build Phase (counter-narrative) → The SaaS Purge (first concrete-action win) → The Sovereign AI Stack (architecture) → The Agent Army (the workforce) → The Agent Operator's Manual (instruction-layer craft). Starting here is the editorially intended entry point, but a reader can buy any single book first. The bonus page links to all of them.
