I’m not a consultant. I’m an operator who ships.
I run 8 websites and a tea e-commerce business with about 20 autonomous AI agents on infrastructure I own. Not a Zapier account. Not a stack of per-seat SaaS logins. Servers I rent, software I host, agents I wrote.
I wrote six books documenting exactly how it works, warts and all. This page is where I install that same system inside your agency.
- ✓20 AI agents running 24/7 on a self-hosted server
- ✓8 sites, 1 operator, no full-time staff
- ✓~$260/month in total operating cost for the agent layer
- ✓6 published books on the build — the Sovereign Entrepreneur series
- ✓A watchdog stack that catches and restarts failed jobs before I wake up
You’re paying for AI three times and getting it once.
Unbillable hours
Your team spends 8-10 hours a month per client pulling reports together by hand — Google Ads, Meta, GA4, stitched into a deck nobody bills for. Multiply that across every client. That’s margin walking out the door.
Per-seat creep
Every tool is $30, $80, $150 a head, per month. Add a point AI tool and it’s $549 a seat. Hire three people and the software bill jumps before they close a single deal. The cost scales with your headcount, not your revenue.
Data leakage
Your staff paste client contracts, candidate resumes, and financials into public AI tools because it’s faster. Every paste is a confidentiality problem. Your clients signed NDAs with you. You didn’t sign one with OpenAI.
The market is full of “AI automation agencies” selling brittle if-then templates that break on the first edge case. That’s why most owners think AI services are a scam. I don’t blame them. I’d think so too.
I sell something different: agents with state and memory, wired into the tools you already run, hosted on infrastructure you control.
Three ways in. Each one earns the next.
No tier obligates you to the one above it. Installs run through application → Roadmap → proposal. No buy-button on the install — I only take installs I’m confident I can land.
CAIO Roadmap & Diagnostic
A fractional Chief AI Officer engagement, scoped to a single deliverable.
I audit your stack, your workflows, and your unbillable hours. Then I hand you a roadmap with a break-even spreadsheet — which agents to build, what each one replaces, and the labor-hours math behind the payback. You own the roadmap whether or not you build with me.
- A working session on your operations and current tool spend
- A prioritized agent architecture — named agents, named jobs
- A break-even model: hours replaced, cost replaced, payback window
- A written recommendation you can hand to a different vendor if you want to
This is not a discovery call. Discovery calls are free and worth it. This is paid because you leave with a build plan.
Build With Me — 4-Week Cohort
A group cohort. You build your own stack, with me in the room.
Four weeks, build-along. I walk a small room through standing up their own agent stack — the same architecture I run — on their own infrastructure. You do the work. I unstick you when you’re stuck and I tell you what I’d do differently. If you upgrade to an install, your seat is credited.
- Four live build sessions
- The reference architecture and templates
- Your questions answered in the room, the whole cohort learning from each
- A finished stack you built and understand
Sovereign Stack Install
I build it; you own it. You’re the editor-in-chief the whole way.
I install the system: agents, automation, monitoring, alerting, all on infrastructure you control. The AI does the heavy lifting; you stay the one who approves what ships. That’s not a limitation. That’s the design.
- Discovery + architecture document
- Claude Code environment with a CLAUDE.md memory file tailored to your business
- 5 core agents built for your workflows
- 3-5 automation workflows (n8n)
- A watchdog + monitoring + alerting layer
- Dashboards, documentation, 2 handoff training sessions
- 30 days of support after handoff
Rush install — $25,000. Two weeks instead of four. One slot at a time, 100% upfront, starts within 7 days.
Drift Protection Retainer
This is the part nobody else tells you about.
Here’s the honest version of self-hosted AI: unmanaged, it drifts. Models update, prompts rot, token costs creep, an agent starts doing something subtly wrong and nobody notices for a week. The fix isn’t more software. It’s someone whose job is to keep the system in its guardrails — plus one new agent or workflow built every month, so the system compounds instead of decaying.
For context: fractional CAIO engagements in this market run $2,000-15,000 a month. Solo operators with a track record charge $1,000 an hour. $2,997 flat, with a new agent every month, sits at the accessible end of that band on purpose.
“But it’s self-hosted — who fixes it when it breaks?”
This is the right question. Here are honest answers.
“Self-hosted sounds like a maintenance burden.”
It is — if you do it alone. The whole reason per-seat SaaS exists is that it hides the ops work. So I hide it too, with the retainer. You get the cost structure and data control of self-hosted without owning the 2am pager. The difference is the retainer is a line item you can see and cancel, not a per-head tax that grows with your team.
“What if an agent goes down and we don’t notice?”
That’s what the watchdog stack is for. It polls every job on a schedule, catches failures, and restarts what it can automatically. What it can’t fix, it alerts on. I built this because I run 20 agents across 8 sites and I can’t babysit them — the system babysits itself, and tells me when it can’t. The same stack ships with your install.
“Who’s accountable when it matters?”
Me, under contract. Installs over $10,000 run on a signed MSA and SOW with a defined liability cap and an IP split — you own your configs, I keep my templates. I carry E&O insurance and operate through a separate entity. This is documented before you sign, not improvised after something breaks.
“What if you get hit by a bus?”
Everything I install is yours, documented, on your infrastructure. There’s no black box and no vendor lock. If I disappear, you have a stack you own, runbooks for it, and a cohort recording showing how it was built. That’s the point of sovereign — you’re not dependent on me to keep running.
The ones that actually come up.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a great tool and your team should use it. But a chat window isn’t a system. It can’t reach your CRM, run on a schedule, remember last week, or keep client data off a shared cloud. What I install is the layer underneath the chat window — agents wired into your actual tools. ChatGPT is the interface. This is the operations.
Isn’t this just Zapier with extra steps?
Zapier and Make are rule engines: if this, then that. They break the first time reality doesn’t match the rule. I build agents with state and memory that reason through a request instead of following a brittle script. If your problem fits a Zap, use a Zap — I’ll tell you if it does.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees a business outcome from software is lying to you. What I guarantee is a defined deliverable: the system is built, running, and your team is trained — or I keep working until it is. That’s in the contract. Revenue and growth depend on a hundred things I don’t control. The stack is the one I’m accountable for.
What if it breaks?
Install clients get 30 days of support included, then the Drift Protection retainer for ongoing coverage. The watchdog stack catches most failures automatically. For the rest, you have a contract with a named human.
Is my data really private?
It runs on infrastructure you control. The whole positioning is “your client data never leaves your infrastructure.” That’s the differentiator versus every SaaS tool that ships your data to someone else’s cloud.
Who is this NOT for?
E-commerce sellers and local service businesses — the economics don’t work at your tool budget; you’re better served by my books and templates. Anything in healthcare or medical — I don’t work in regulated health verticals, full stop. Solo operators with no budget — read the books first; they’re the cheapest version of everything here.
Why trust you over an agency with a slick deck?
Because I publish the receipts. Real dashboards, real numbers, six books with the mistakes left in. The whole category has a trust problem because it’s full of people selling outcomes they’ve never produced. I’m selling a system I run every day.
What happens after I apply?
I read every application myself. If it’s a fit, you’ll hear from me to book the Roadmap. If it’s not, I’ll tell you why and point you somewhere useful — usually the books or the cohort. I don’t take clients I can’t help.
I take a limited number of clients because I do the work myself.
No sales team, no account managers, no offshore build shop. That means I qualify hard up front. If you run a marketing, recruiting, accounting, or professional-services firm and you’re tired of paying for AI three times, apply below. It takes about five minutes. I read every one.
Applications only. No calendar links, no checkout on the install. If we’re a fit, the first step is the Roadmap.
